Take notice that on April 25, 2007,
Attala Transmission LLC filed a letter to
inform the Commission that it will not
file revisions to its pro forma Open
Access Transmission Tariff (OATT)
because it has been granted a waiver of
the requirement to file a OATT until it
receives a request for service from an
entity other than Entergy Mississippi,
Inc., pursuant to Commission’s Order
No. 890.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to
become a party must file a notice of
intervention or motion to intervene, as
appropriate. Such notices, motions, or
protests must be filed on or before the
comment date. On or before the
comment date, it is not necessary to
serve motions to intervene or protests

Take notice that on May 7, 2007,
Caledonia Energy Partners, L.L.C.
(Caledonia) tendered for filing as part of
its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume
No. 1, the following tariff sheets, with
an effective date of June 7, 2007:

Original Sheet No. 19A.
First Revised Sheet No. 24.
First Revised Sheet No. 50.
Original Sheet No. 50A.
First Revised Sheet No. 70.
Caledonia states that the purpose of
this filing is to submit substitute tariff
sheets that will implement changes to
its effective FERC Gas Tariff which
Caledonia initially proposed to make to
the pro forma tariff that was
incorporated into its application for a
certificate of public convenience and
necessity under section 7 of the Natural
Gas Act. Because Caledonia has
commenced operations pursuant to
Commission authorization, it now has
an effective tariff. Consequently,
Caledonia believes that any changes
should be proposed to that tariff rather
