Filing

    Take notice that on April 19, 2007, Mississippi Canyon Gas 
Pipeline, LLC (Mississippi Canyon) tendered for filing a letter in the 
captioned docket. Mississippi Canyon states that it satisfies the 
Commission's condition regarding existing similarly situated Rate 
Schedule FT-2 shippers, as required in its April 3, 2007 letter order. 
Mississippi Canyon also states that it will offer the same discounted 
rate for similarly situated new shippers under the same rate schedule.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance
