ACTION: Notice of Commission
determinations to conduct full five-year
reviews concerning the antidumping
and countervailing duty orders on low
enriched uranium (‘‘LEU’’) from France.
AGENCY:
SUMMARY: The Commission hereby gives
notice that it will proceed with full
reviews pursuant to section 751(c)(5) of
the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C.
1675(c)(5)) to determine whether
revocation of the antidumping and
countervailing duty orders on LEU from
France would be likely to lead to
continuation or recurrence of material
injury within a reasonably foreseeable
time. A schedule for the reviews will be
established and announced at a later
date. For further information concerning
the conduct of these reviews and rules
of general application, consult the
Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure, part 201, subparts A through
E (19 CFR part 201), and part 207,
subparts A, D, E, and F (19 CFR part
207).

conducted under authority of title VII of the
Tariff Act of 1930; this notice is published
pursuant to section 207.62 of the

testing; the Schedule II controlled
substances will be manufactured in bulk
for distribution to its customers.
Any other such applicant, and any
person who is presently registered with
the DEA to bulk manufacture such a
substance, may file comments or
objections to the issuance of the
proposed registration pursuant to 21
CFR 1301.33(a).

I, Edward F. Reilly, Jr., Chairman of
the United States Parole Commission,
was present at a meeting of said
Commission, which started at
approximately 1:30 p.m., on Thursday,
April 26, 2007, at the U.S. Parole
Commission, 5550 Friendship
Boulevard, 4th Floor, Chevy Chase,
Maryland 20815. The purpose of the
meeting was to decide four petitions for
reconsideration pursuant to 28 CFR
2.27. Five Commissioners were present,
constituting a quorum when the vote to
close the meeting was submitted.

describing the subject matter of the
meeting and certifications of General
Counsel that this meeting may be closed
