SUMMARY: This notice announces the
reconvening of the hearing which began
on February 26, 2007, in Strongsville,
Ohio, and initially reconvened on April
9, 2007, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to
consider proposals to amend the Class
III and Class IV product price formulas
applicable to all Federal milk marketing
orders.
DATES: The hearing will reconvene at 1
p.m. on Monday, July 9, 2007.

ACTION: Proposed rule; Notice of public
hearing on proposed rulemaking.
AGENCY:
SUMMARY: A public hearing is being held
to consider proposals seeking to amend
certain pooling and related provisions of
the Appalachian, Florida and Southeast
orders. Proposals include temporarily
adjusting the Class I pricing surface for
each county within each of the three
milk marketing orders until such time
that the Department is able to
comprehensively address the Class I
pricing surface on a national scale.
Proposals also include changing the
diversion percentage limits, the
producer delivery days and the
transportation credit provisions of the
Appalachian and Southeast orders.
Other proposals would change the
maximum rates for each of the three
orders the market administrator may
charge for the expense of administration
of the order from 5 cents per
hundredweight (cwt) up to 8 cents per
cwt. Testimony will be taken to
determine if any of the proposals should
be handled on an emergency basis.

p.m. on Monday, May, 21, 2007.
