    Take notice that on April 20, 2007, Gulf South Pipeline Company, LP 
(Gulf South) filed with the Commission an amendment to a negotiated 
rate letter agreement between Gulf South and Centerpoint Energy 
Resources Corp. (Centerpoint) to correct a typographical error for the 
shoulder MDQ in Paragraph 1(b).
    Gulf South states that copies of the filing has served copies of 
this filing upon all parties on the official service list created by 
the Secretary in this proceeding.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be
