ACTION: Notice of meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public Law 92- 463, the Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Research and Development (ORD), gives notice of one meeting of the Board of Scientific Counselors (BOSC) Executive Committee. DATES: The meeting will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2007 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday, May 25, 2007 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. All times noted are eastern time. The meeting may adjourn early if all business is finished. Requests for the draft agenda or for making oral presentations at the meeting will be accepted up to 1 business day before the meeting. In general, each individual making an oral presentation will be limited to a total of three minutes. Proposed agenda items for the meeting include, but are not limited to: ORD response to recent STAR/GRO report; review/approval of the Human Health Mid-Cycle Draft Report; review/approval of the Safe Pesticides/Safe Products Program Review Draft Report; updates on Mid- Cycle Review Subcommittees for Ecology and Drinking Water; updates on Program Review Subcommittees for Technology for Sustainability, Human Health Risk Assessment, and Homeland Security; updates on Standing Subcommittees for Computational Toxicology, for the National Center for Environmental Research (NCER) and for the National Exposure Research Lab (NERL); an ORD briefing on the National Coastal Condition Report III; and future issues and plans. There will also be a site visit to ORD's Narragansett Lab. The meeting is open to the public.
