We encourage interested parties to attend the meeting and submit comments for discussion during the meeting. In addition, we will also seek comments via email for discussion during the meeting from any party who is unable to attend in person. ACTION: Proposed rule. AGENCY: SUMMARY: The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is issuing a proposed rule on member inspection of federal credit union (FCU) books, records, and minutes. The rule provides that a group of members representing approximately one percent of the membership, with a proper purpose and upon petition, may inspect and copy the nonconfidential portions of the credit union’s books, records, and minutes.
