These meetings will begin at 9 a.m. and continue until 4 p.m. During these meetings Provincial Advisory Committee members will either continue discussion on Roadless Area considerations and potential Wilderness recommendations in conjunction with Forest Plan Revision for the Okanogan and Wenatchee National Forests or discuss Recreation Facility Master Planning. AGENCY: SUMMARY: The Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sanctuary (Sanctuary) is seeking applicants for the following vacant seats on its Sanctuary Advisory Council (council): Maritime Activities/ Recreational Alternate. Applicants are chosen based upon their particular expertise and experience in relation to the seat for which they are applying; community and professional affiliations; philosophy regarding the protection and management of marine resources; and possibly the length of residence in the area affected by the sanctuary. Applicants who are chosen as members should expect to serve 2- or 3-year terms, pursuant to the council’s Charter. DATES: Applications are due by June 15, 2007. AGENCY: SUMMARY: NOAA publishes this notice to change the funding amounts, year of funds, the approximate range of awards that will be made, and the earliest start dates of awards for the solicitation ‘‘FR 2007 Regional Integrated Ocean Observing System Development,’’ which was originally announced in the Federal Register on December 27, 2006. This notice applies to only those applicants who have already submitted letters of intent and who have been invited to submit full proposals. DATES: Proposals must be submitted through Grants.gov no later than 5 p.m., Eastern Time, April 17, 2007. ADDRESSES: Full proposal application packages should be submitted through Grants.gov APPLY.
