Rate Filing

    Take notice that on March 30, 2007, CenterPoint Energy Gas 
Transmission Company (CEGT) tendered for filing and approval a 
negotiated rate agreement between CEGT and Coral Energy Resources, LP. 
CEGT has entered into an agreement to provide parking service to this 
shipper under Rate Schedule PHS to be effective April 1, 2007.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be
