ACTION: Notice.
AGENCY:
SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal
Advisory Committee Act, EPA gives
notice of a public meeting of the
Pesticide Program Dialogue Committee
(PPDC) on May 9 and 10, 2007. In
addition, the PPDC Worker Safety Work
Group will meet prior to the PPDC
meeting on May 8, 2007. The agenda is
being developed and will include
reports from the following PPDC Work
Groups: Spray Drift/NPDES; PRIA
Process Improvements; Registration
Review Implementation; AZM
Transition Issues; Performance
Measures; and Worker Safety. Program
updates will also be included for
Registration and Reregistration/
Tolerance Reassessment.
DATES: The PPDC meeting will be held
on Wednesday, May 9, 2007, from 9
a.m. to 5 p.m., and Thursday, May 10,
from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The PPDC
Worker Risk Work Group will meet on
Tuesday, May 8, 2007, from 9 a.m. to
4:30 p.m.

Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and
Rodenticide Act (FIFRA); the Federal
Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA);
and the amendments to both of these
major pesticide laws by the Food
Quality Protection Act (FQPA) of 1996.
Potentially affected entities may
include, but are not limited to:
Agricultural workers and farmers;
pesticide industry and trade
associations; environmental, consumer,
and farmworker groups; pesticide users
and growers; pest consultants; State,
local and Tribal governments; academia;
public health organizations; food
