SUMMARY: The California Coast
Provincial Advisory Committee
(CCPAC) will meet for one day on April
25, 2007 in Ukiah, California. The
purpose of the meeting is to discuss
issues relating to implementing the
Northwest Forest Plan (NWFP).
The meeting will be held from 10
a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 25, 2007.

SUMMARY: The Lake Tahoe Basin Federal
Advisory Committee will hold a
meeting on April 27, 2007 at the Incline
Village General Improvement District
boardroom, 893 Southwood Blvd.,
Incline Village, NV 89451. This
Committee, established by the Secretary
of Agriculture on December 15, 1998 (64
FR 2876), is chartered to provide advice
to the Secretary on implementing the
terms of the Federal Interagency
Partnership on the Lake Tahoe Region
and other matters raised by the
Secretary.
The meeting will be held April
27, 2007, beginning at 1 p.m. and
ending at 3 p.m.

of the National Environmental Policy
Act of 1969; the Council on
Environmental Quality Regulations (40
CFR part 1500); and the Natural
Resources Conservation Service
Regulations (7 CFR part 650); the
Natural Resources Conservation Service,
U.S. Department of Agriculture, gives
notice that an environmental impact
statement is not being prepared for the
rehabilitation of Multiple Purpose Dam
No. 5 of the Poteau River Watershed,
Scott County, Arkansas.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
environmental assessment of this
federally assisted action indicates that
the project will not cause significant
local, regional, or national impacts on
the environment. As a result of these
findings, Kalven L. Trice, State
Conservationist, has determined that the
preparation and review of an
environmental impact statement is not
needed for this project.
The project will rehabilitate Multiple
Purpose Dam (MPD) No. 5 to maintain
the present level of flood control and
