AGENCY:
SUMMARY: The FTC is submitting the
information collection requirements
described below to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review, as required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act (PRA). The FTC is
seeking public comments on proposed
information requests to food and
beverage companies and quick service
restaurants. The FTC proposes to issue
compulsory process orders to major
food and beverage manufacturers,
distributors, and marketers and quick
service restaurant companies for
information concerning, among other
things, their marketing activities and
expenditures targeted toward children
and adolescents.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or
before May 18, 2007.
