Take notice that on April 5, 2007,
Natural Gas Pipeline Company of
America (Natural) filed its Refund
Report regarding the penalty revenues
for the period July 1, 2006 through
December 31, 2006 that it refunded to
its customers pursuant to Section 12.8
of the General Terms and Conditions
(GT&C) of its FERC Gas Tariff, Sixth
Revised Volume No. 1.
Natural states that the purpose of this
filing is to inform the Commission of its
refund to customers of penalty revenues
pursuant to Section 12.8 of Natural’s
GT&C.
Natural states that copies of the filing
are being mailed to its customers and
interested state regulatory agencies.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
