The Sly Creek Powerhouse is a component of the South Feather Power Project which is a water supply/power project constructed in the late 1950s/early 1960s. The transmission line project consists of an existing single-circuit, 115 kV transmission line, supported primarily on wood-pole, H-frame structures within a 75-foot right-of-way, and appurtenant facilities. o.     On March 23, 2007, the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, licensee 
for the Kilarc-Cow Creek Hydroelectric Project, filed a Proposed
