Granting Late Intervention
April 6, 2007.
On November 22, 2006, AquaEnergy
Group Ltd., filed an application for a
preliminary permit for the Coos County
Offshore Wave Energy Project No.
12752, to be located in the Pacific Ocean
off the coast of Coos County, Oregon,
southwest of the City of Bandon. The
Commission issued public notice of the
application on December 1, 2005,
setting January 30, 2007, as the deadline
for filing motions to intervene.
On February 16, 2007, the National
Marine Fisheries Service filed a late
motion to intervene. Granting the late
motion to intervene will not unduly
delay or disrupt the proceeding or
prejudice other parties to it. Therefore,
pursuant to Rule 214,1 the late motion
to intervene filed by the National
Marine Fisheries Service is granted,
subject to the Commission’s rules and
regulations.

April 6, 2007.
Take notice that on March 29, 2007,
Arkansas Western Gas Company (AWG)
filed a petition for rate approval
pursuant to sections 284.224 and
284.123(b)(2) of the Commission’s
regulations. AWG proposes to increase
its maximum rate for interruptible
transportation service on its northwest
Arkansas system south of Drake
Compressor Station from $0.1312 per
MMBtu to $0.1366 per MMBtu and to
increase the rate for compressor fuel and
lost and unaccounted for gas from 3.25
percent to 3.70 percent. AWG also
submitted changes to its Operating
Statement.
Any person desiring to participate in
this rate proceeding must file a motion

to intervene or to protest this filing must
file in accordance with Rules 211 and
214 of the Commission’s Rules of
