Southern Natural Gas Company
(Southern) tendered for filing as part of
its FERC Gas Tariff, Seventh Revised
Volume No. 1, Eleventh Revised Sheet
No. 23, with an effective date of May 1,
2007.
Southern states that the filing is being
filed to reflect two negotiated rate
transactions are between BG Energy
Merchants LLC and Florida Power
Corporation d/b/a Progress Energy
Florida, Inc.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
