The CRRX operates the 14 passenger cars in excursion train service over a distance of 11.75 miles of track and operates at a speed not exceeding 29 miles per hour. Most of the track traveled is at speeds not exceeding 20 miles per hour. Interested parties are invited to participate in these proceedings by submitting written views, data, or comments. FRA does not anticipate scheduling a public hearing in connection with these proceedings since the facts do not appear to warrant a hearing. If any interested party desires an opportunity for oral comment, they should notify FRA in writing before the end of the comment period and specify the basis for their request. The WURR operates as an excursion railroad at speeds not exceeding 30 miles per hour and in primarily rural areas. Interested parties are invited to participate in these proceedings by submitting written views, data, or comments. FRA does not anticipate scheduling a public hearing in connection with these proceedings since the facts do not appear to warrant a hearing.
