    Take notice that on March 15, 2007, Stingray Pipeline Company, 
L.L.C. (Stingray) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Third Revised Volume No. 1, Fourth Revised Sheet No. 300. Stingray 
states that the tariff sheet is being filed to resolve an issue that 
currently exists in its Tariff.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
