Take notice that on March 14, 2007
Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation
(Columbia) tendered for filing to become
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second
Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets
listed on Appendix A to the filing, with
a proposed effective date of April 13,
2007.
Columbia states that it is making this
filing to incorporate the policies stated
in the Commission’s June 16, 2005,
Policy Statement on Creditworthiness
Issues for Interstate Natural Gas
Pipelines and Order Withdrawing
Rulemaking Proceeding in Docket Nos.
PL05–8–000 and RM04–4–000.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to
become a party must file a notice of
intervention or motion to intervene, as
appropriate. Such notices, motions, or
protests must be filed in accordance
with the provisions of Section 154.210

Eastern Shore states that the purpose
of this instant filing is to track rate
changes attributable to storage services
purchased from Transcontinental Gas
Pipe Line Corporation (Transco) under
their Rate Schedules GSS and LSS. The
costs of the above referenced storage
services comprise the rates and charges
payable under ESNG’s Rate Schedules
GSS and LSS. This tracking filing is
being made pursuant to section 3 of
ESNG’s Rate Schedules GSS and LSS.
