Abstract: This regulation relates to a
taxpayer’s obligation under section
905(c) of the Internal Revenue Code to
file notification of a foreign tax
redetermination, to make adjustments to
a taxpayer’s pools of foreign taxes and
earnings and profits, and the imposition
of the civil penalty for failure to file
such notice or report such adjustments.
Current Actions: There is no change to
this existing regulation.
Type of Review: Extension of
currently approved collection.
Affected Public: Individuals and
business or other for-profit
organizations.
Estimated Number of Respondents:
10,000.
Estimated Time per Respondent: 1
hour.
Estimated Total Annual Burden
