Old Trail Wind Farm, LLC (Old Trail) filed an application for market-based rate authority, with an accompanying rate schedule. The proposed marketbased rate schedule provides for the sale of energy, capacity and ancillary services at market-based rates. Old Trail also requested waivers of various Commission regulations. In particular, Old Trail requested that the Commission grant blanket approval under 18 CFR part 34 of all future VerDate Aug<31>2005 17:08 Mar 20, 2007 Jkt 211001 issuances of securities and assumptions of liability by Old Trail.
