Are There Changes in the Estimates
From the Last Approval?
There is an increase of 274,335 hours
in the total estimated respondent
burden compared with that identified in
the ICR currently approved by OMB.
This increase is not due to a change in
any program requirement. The
adjustment is the result of changes in
EPA’s estimates of labor rates, time
required to submit reports and maintain
records, and the overall number of
respondents.
