§ 165.T11–171 Safety Zone; Sacramento
River Deep Water Channel, California.
(a) Location. This safety zone
encompasses the navigable waters of the
Sacramento River from the surface to
the sea floor and is bounded by the arc
of a circle with a 500-yard radius from
position 38°17.072′N 121°39.619′W
(NAD 83).
(b) Effective Date. This rule will be in
effect on March 28, 2007 from
approximately 11 a.m. through 11:30
a.m.
(c) Regulations. In accordance with
the general regulations in § 165.23 of
this part, entry into, transit through, or
anchoring within this safety zone by all
vessels and persons will be prohibited,
unless specifically authorized by the
Captain of the Port San Francisco, or his
designated representative.
