Energy West Development Inc.,
submitted a request for a waiver of its
requirement to submit a report of
certification (CPA Certification
Statement) of its 2005 FERC Form No.
2–A. The CPA Certification statement is
required under section 158.11 of the
Commission’s regulations.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
