    Take notice that on February 20, 2007, Canyon Creek Compression 
Company (Canyon) tendered for filing its penalty revenue crediting 
report for the calendar year 2006 pursuant to section 36 of the general 
terms and conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
    Canyon states that copies of the filing are being mailed to its 
customers and interested State commissions.
