The amendment also specifies a requirement that the need for such assistance must be certified or documented by a case manager, social worker, or other licensed health care professional(s). AGENCY: SUMMARY: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has submitted the following information collection requests (ICRs) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
