Abstract: This Information Collection
Request (ICR) renewal is being
submitted for the NSPS for Ammonium
Sulfate Manufacturing Plants (40 CFR
part 60, subpart PP), which were
promulgated on November 12, 1980.
These standards apply to each
ammonium sulfate dryer within an
ammonium sulfate manufacturing plant
in the caprolactam by-product,
synthetic, and coke oven by-products
sectors of the ammonium sulfate
manufacturing industry for which
construction, modification or
reconstruction commenced after the
date of the proposal. The affected
entities are subject to the General
Provisions of the NSPS at 40 CFR part
60 subpart A and any changes, or
additions to the General Provisions
specified at 40 CFR part 60, subpart PP.
Burden Statement: The annual public
reporting and recordkeeping burden for
this collection of information is
estimated to average 61.5 hours per
response. Burden means the total time,
effort, or financial resources expended

Abstract: This Information Collection
Request (ICR) renewal is being
submitted for the NSPS for Pressure
Sensitive Tape and Label Surface
Coating Operations (40 CFR part 60,
subpart RR), which were promulgated
on October 18, 1983. These regulations
apply to each coating line used in the
manufacture of pressure sensitive tape
and label materials, and on which
construction or reconstruction
commenced after the proposal date.
Facilities that input 45 megagrams of
volatile organic compounds (VOC) or
less per 12 month period are not subject
to the emission limit established by the
subpart. The affected entities are subject
to the General Provisions of the NSPS at
40 CFR part 60 subpart A and any
changes, or additions to the General
Provisions specified at 40 CFR part 60,
subpart RR.
Burden Statement: The annual public
reporting and recordkeeping burden for
this collection of information is
estimated to average 25 (rounded) hours
per response. Burden means the total
