scheduled for Wednesday, February 21,

Ferncroft, 50 Ferncroft Road, Danvers,
MA 01923.

Council meeting will begin on Monday,
March 5 at 1 p.m., reconvening each day
through Friday. All meetings are open to
the public, except a closed session will
be held from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. on
Monday, March 5 to address litigation
and personnel matters. The Council will
meet as late as necessary each day to
complete its scheduled business.
