CenterPoint Energy Gas Transmission
Company (CEGT) tendered for filing and
approval a negotiated rate agreement
between CEGT and Roll Coater Inc.
CEGT has entered into an agreement to
provide firm transportation service to
this shipper under Rate Schedule FT
and requests the Commission accept
and approve the transaction under
which transportation service will
commence upon the later of May 1,
2007, or the ‘‘in-service’’ date following
completion of necessary delivery
facilities.
