the Board.
Public comment is invited from
interested parties. Submissions (original
and 3 copies) shall be addressed to the
Board’s Executive Secretary at the
address below. The closing period for
their receipt is April 16, 2007. Rebuttal
comments in response to material
submitted during the foregoing period
may be submitted during the subsequent
15-day period (to May 1, 2007).

of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as
amended (5 U.S.C. app. 2 §§ 10(d)), that the
portion of the meeting dealing with matters

would be likely to frustrate significantly
implementation of an agency action as
described in 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(9)(B) shall be
exempt from the provisions relating to public
