ACTION: Notice of Closed Meeting.

SUMMARY: The CNO Executive Panel will report on the findings and 
recommendations of the Latin America Subcommittee and Missile Defense 
Subcommittee to the Chief of Naval Operations. The meeting will consist 
of discussions of current and future Navy strategy, plans, and policies 
in Latin America, as well as discussions of the U.S. Navy's emerging 
missions and capabilities for sea-based missile defense.

DATES: The meeting will be held on March 16, 2007, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 
p.m.
