Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company
(Tennessee) tendered for filing as part of
its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised
Volume No. 1, Tenth Revised Sheet No.
357, to be effective January 19, 2007.
Tennessee states that the filing is
being made in compliance with the
Commission’s January 19, 2007 order in
Docket No. RP03–605.
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
