The Diane Shores Subdivision is located on Lake Norman in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. The proposal is to construct 2 cluster docks that would accommodate a total of 22 boats (10 slips are existing). Diane Shores plans to dredge 1,982 cubic yards of lake bottom and haul it off-site. Two hundred and fifty (250) cubic yards of dredged material would be used to construct a berm that would be landscaped. l.
