    Take notice that on January 29, 2007, El Paso Natural Gas Company 
tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised 
Volume No. 1A, Fourteenth Revised Sheet No. 2 to become effective March 
1, 2007, a Rate Schedule FT-1 transportation service agreement (TSA), 
two Rate Schedule FT-H TSAs and one Rate Schedule OPAS agreement all 
with Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
