SUMMARY: FEMA gives notice that we are increasing the statewide per 
capita threshold for recommending cost share adjustments for disasters 
declared on or after January 1, 2007, through December 31, 2007.

DATES: Effective Date: February 6, 2007. Applicability Date: This 
notice applies to major disasters declared on or after January 1, 2007.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Pursuant to 44 CFR 206.47, FEMA annually 
adjusts the statewide per capita threshold that is used to recommend an 
increase of the Federal cost share from seventy-five percent (75%) to

work under section 406 and emergency work under section 403 and section
