SUMMARY: The FAA proposes to rule and
invites public comment on the release of
land at Monroe Regional Airport under
the provisions of Title 49, U.S.C.
47153(c).
Comments must be received on
or before March 5, 2007.

airfield) and expansion of the security
camera system in the terminal building and
on the airfield.

On January 24, 2007, the FAA determined that the request to release
property at Monroe Regional Airport submitted by the City of Monroe met
the procedural requirements of the Federal Aviation Regulations, Part
155. The FAA may approve the request, in whole or in part, no later
than March 5, 2007.
