The submission describes the nature of the information collection, the categories of respondents, the estimated burden (i.e., the time, effort and resources used by respondents to respond) and cost, and includes the actual data collection instruments FEMA will use. Title: Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Application and Reporting. OMB Number: 1660–0095. Abstract: Grantees administer the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, which is a post-disaster program that contributes funds toward the cost of hazard mitigation activities in order to reduce the risk of future damage hardship, loss or suffering in any area affected by a major disaster. FEMA uses applications to provide financial assistance in the grantee project activities and expenditure of funds. Affected Public: State, Local or Tribal Government. Number of Respondents: 56. Estimated Time per Respondent: 68.5 hours. Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours: 27,160 hours. Frequency of Response: Annually. SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Hawaii (FEMA-1664-DR), dated October 17, 2006, and 
related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: January 23, 2007.
