SUMMARY: The proposed information
collection requirement described below
has been submitted to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review, as required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act. The Department is
soliciting public comments on the
subject proposal.
This information is to be submitted by
grant applicants to obtain higher rating
points based on association with
successful efforts to remove regulatory
barriers which may impede the
production of affordable housing.

must be HUD-approved and meet
specific requirements to maintain
approval and remain on the Nonprofit
Organization Roster (Roster). This
includes an application, affordable
housing plan, annual reports, and
required record keeping. Participants
must submit a new application and
updated affordable housing plan every
two years to remain on the Roster.
