    Take notice that on December 29, 2006, Northern Border Pipeline 
Company (Northern Border) tendered for filing has part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, Seventeenth Revised Sheet No. 99,

    Northern Border states that the filing is being made to amend the
