Take notice that on January 12, 2007, Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC (Algonquin) tendered for filing as a part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, the revised tariff sheets PO 00000 Frm 00035 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 3813 listed on Appendix A to the filing, to reflect a corporate identity change effective January 1, 2007. This effective date coincides with the date Algonquin’s new parent corporation, Spectra Energy Corp. was divested from Algonquin’s former parent company, Duke Energy Corporation. Algonquin states that copies of its filing have been served upon all affected customers of Algonquin and interested state commissions. Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC; Notice of Proposed Changes in 
FERC Gas Tariff

    Take notice that on January 12, 2007, Algonquin Gas Transmission, 
LLC (Algonquin) tendered for filing as a part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, the revised tariff sheets listed on 
Appendix A to the filing, to reflect a corporate identity change 
effective January 1, 2007. This effective date coincides with the date 
Algonquin's new parent corporation, Spectra Energy Corp. was divested 
from Algonquin's former parent company, Duke Energy Corporation.
    Algonquin states that copies of its filing have been served upon 
all affected customers of Algonquin and interested state commissions.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the
