SUMMARY: We are adopting a new
airworthiness directive (AD) for the
products listed above. This AD results
from mandatory continuing
airworthiness information (MCAI)
issued by an aviation authority of
another country to identify and correct
an unsafe condition on an aviation
product. The MCAI describes the unsafe
condition as incorrect monitoring of the
fire detection system; therefore, its
integrity is not guaranteed at all times.
This AD requires actions that are
intended to address the unsafe
condition described in the MCAI.
DATES: This AD becomes effective
February 2, 2007.
The Director of the Federal Register
approved the incorporation by reference
of a certain document listed in this AD
as of February 2, 2007.
We must receive comments on this
AD by March 19, 2007.
