Selection and Functions of Farm
Service Agency State and County
Committees
Office of the Secretary, USDA.
Proposed rule; correction.
AGENCY:
ACTION:
This document corrects a
proposed rule published November 28,
2006, proposing to amend the
regulations governing the selection and
functions of Farm Service Agency (FSA)
State and county committees in
accordance with the Soil Conservation
and Domestic Allotment Act, as
amended. A correction is needed
because the proposed rule incorrectly
stated the duties of the State
committees.
DATES: Effective Date: January 12, 2007.

corrects the proposed rule published in
the Federal Register on November 28,
2006 (71 FR 68755) proposing to amend
the regulations governing the selection

not proposed to be, responsible for
carrying out farm loan programs. This
document corrects the proposed rule to
remove the reference to farm loan
programs.
In proposed rule FR Doc. E6–20052
published on November 28, 2006 (71 FR
68755) make the following correction.

Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Model
A318, A319, A320, and A321 Airplanes
Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA), Department of
Transportation (DOT).
ACTION: Notice of proposed rulemaking
(NPRM).
AGENCY:
The FAA proposes to
supersede an existing airworthiness
directive (AD) that applies to certain
Airbus Model A318–100, A319–100,
A320–200, A321–100, and A321–200
series airplanes; and Model A320–111
airplanes. The existing AD currently
requires modification of the electrical
bonding of all structures and systems
installed inside the center fuel tank.
That AD results from fuel system
reviews conducted by the manufacturer.
This proposed AD would require
modification of additional bonding
points inside the center fuel tank. This

proposed AD results from a report that
additional bonding points need to be
modified in order to prevent electrical
arcing in the center fuel tank. We are
proposing this AD to prevent electrical
arcing in the center fuel tank due to
inadequate bonding, which could result
in an explosion of the center fuel tank
and consequent loss of the airplane.

this proposed AD by February 12, 2007.
