notice of an update to the record system
Grievance Records (GSA/HRO–10). The
system includes grievances filed by
agency employees under part 771 of
OPM regulations. It also includes files of
internal grievance and arbitration
systems that are established through
negotiations with recognized labor
unions.
The system of records
will become effective without further
notice on February 9, 2007 unless
comments received on or before that
date result in a contrary determination.

extent and timing of any additional
firming that may be needed to address
these risks will depend on the evolution
of the outlook for both inflation and
economic growth, as implied by
incoming information.
