SUMMARY: The Bureau of Land
Management (BLM) will file the plat of
survey of the lands described below in
the BLM-Eastern States, Springfield,
Virginia, 30 calendar days from the date
of publication in the Federal Register.

survey was requested by the Bureau of
Indian Affairs.
The lands we surveyed are:
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Township 2, Range 8, North of Waldo
Patent (T. 2, R. 8, N. W. P.), Penobscot
County, Maine

The plat of survey represents the
dependent resurvey and survey of the
boundaries of lands held in trust for the
Penobscot Indian Nation in Township 2,
Range 8, North of Waldo Patent
Penobscot County, Maine and was
accepted December 8, 2006. We will
place a copy of the plat we described in
the open files. It will be available to the
public as a matter of information. If
BLM receives a protest against this
survey, as shown in the plat, prior to the
date of the official filing, we will stay
the filing pending our consideration of
the protest.
We will not officially file the plat
until the day after we have accepted or
dismissed all protests and they have
become final, including decisions on
appeals.

SUMMARY: Pursuant to the National
Environmental Policy Act of 1969, 42
U.S.C. 4332(2)(C), the National Park
Service announces the availability of a
Draft Environmental Impact Statement
for the Ecological Restoration Plan for
Bandelier National Monument, New
Mexico.
The National Park Service will
accept comments on the Draft
Environmental Impact Statement from
the public. Comments will be accepted
for 60 days from the date the
Environmental Protection Agency
publishes the Notice of Availability. No
public meetings are scheduled at this
time.
