soliciting public comments on the
subject proposal.
Eligible PHAs in areas most heavily
impacted by Hurricanes Katrina and
Rita will submit a Notice of Intent and
Section 901 Fungibility Plan notifying
HUD they intend to exercise funding
flexibility and describing how program
funds will be reallocated and spent to
meet hurricane-related needs.
DATES: Comments Due Date: January 16,
2007.
