This notice also serves as a reminder

protective orders (APOs) of their

with 19 CFR 351.305. Timely written
notification of the return/destruction of
APO materials or conversion to judicial
protective order is hereby requested.
Failure to comply with the regulations
and terms of an APO is a violation that
is subject to sanction.
We are issuing and publishing these
results and notice in accordance with
sections 751(a)(1) and 777(i)(1) of the
Act.

October 30, 2006, the International
Trade Administration of the U.S.
Department of Commerce published a
Federal Register notice soliciting
applications from U.S. persons
interested in serving as members of the
U.S. Section of the U.S.–Iraq Business
Dialogue. See 71 FR 63286. The
International Trade Administration of
the U.S. Department of Commerce is
amending the previous notice due to the
level of interest in the Dialogue and to
attract applicants from a more diverse
geographic base, including applicants
located in the Middle East. Applicants
must meet the requirements put forward
in the previous notice. See 71 FR 63286.
