included in the exhibition ‘‘Jeff Wall’’,
imported from abroad for temporary
exhibition within the United States, are
of cultural significance. The objects are
imported pursuant to loan agreements
with the foreign owners or custodians.
I also determine that the exhibition or
display of the exhibit objects at The
Museum of Modern Art, New York, New
York, beginning on or about February
25, 2007 until on or about May 14, 2007,
the Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago,
Illinois, beginning on or about June 30,
2007 until on or about September 23,
2007, and the San Francisco Museum of
Modern Art, San Francisco, California,
beginning on or about October 21, 2007
until on or about January 27, 2008, is in
the national interest. Public Notice of
these Determinations is ordered to be
published in the Federal Register.
