convene a technical conference on
Tuesday, January 9, 2007, at 10 a.m., in
a room to be designated at the offices of
the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission, 888 First Street, NE.,
Washington DC 20426.
The technical conference will discuss
the issues raised by Texas Gas
Transmission, LLC’s September 11,
2006 annual filing, as amended
September 12, 2006, to adjust its
Effective Fuel Retention Percentages
pursuant to section 16 of the General
Terms and Conditions of its tariff. The
order establishing a technical
conference was issued on October 31,
2006.1

to renew an existing approved
collection. This ICR is scheduled to
