Corporation (GTN) tendered for filing as
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third
Revised Volume No. 1–A, Fortieth
Revised Sheet No. 15, to become
effective December 1, 2006:
GTN states that this sheet is being
filed to update GTN’s reporting of
negotiated rate transactions that it has
entered into.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
