    Take notice that on November 30, 2006, Gas Transmission Northwest 
Corporation (GTN) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Third Revised Volume No. 1-A, Fortieth Revised Sheet No. 15, to become 
effective December 1, 2006:
