The purpose of the survey is to: Provide an accurate picture of the current HUDapproved housing counseling industry, including but not limited to, organizational information, the range of counseling provided, how counseling activities are funded, how agencies manage client intake, who is providing the counseling, who is being counseled, what type of counseling/education are counselees receiving.
